For future reference:
tl;dr: NE Scala 2020 was supposed to happen in Brooklyn, NY on March 12-14. This was just as covid-19 began to spike in New York state, and we made the last minute decision to switch it to all-online, using Zoom and Slack. It was broadly successful.
